    Updated Family Photo Feb 2020

2018 AmPro Precision, 2013 AmStd Jazz, 20013 Hofner, 1978 Rickenbacker 4001, 2019 Epiphone SG bass.
    2019 Martin 12 string, 2013 AmStd Tele, 2012 Gibson LP Traditional, 2008 AmStd Strat, 1996 Martin HD-28V.

I know you've seen each of these, but man, I was shocked at the size of the collection. The Epi bass is new; it's at the shop now getting a lefty nut. heh heh

I'm only seeing the top row the bottom row is all necks and maybe some of the upper bouts.

*oh, wait, never mind. Once I posted the rest of the picture showed up, just to make a liar out of me. Thank you very much for that, computer.

I think you have your selfie camera on....everything looks backwards to me.

Who's to say the guitars weren't photobombing the kitty?

It's in the shop getting a left handed nut and a good setup. It's coming over to the left side of life.

    You’re welcome Willie!

I particularly like that you have one of each “species” in your collection. Only thing missing is a EBMM bass!

Don't say that too loudly.--- my ocd will hear that my collection isn't complete and will start giving me the business.

Haha - I laugh because I know only too well what you mean! I had an (almost) full stable of Fenders in Oly White/Red Tort at one point. Broke the spell when I traded the Jazz for a pedal steel several years back. Oly white/red tort wasn't a colour option for a BMI pedal steel in the 80s. Buuuuut, now that I think of it.....hmmm....how hard would it be to refin?

    dirtdog,

What kind of music do you play with your pedal steel?

I started off with mostly pure country but the guys I'm jamming with have morphed into something I call country-soul. Stuff from Delbert McClinton, Little Feat, Taj Mahal, Tom Petty, Beatles, Stones....an eclectic mix.

Half the stuff works well with pedal steel (more downtempo), a quarter with my lap steel - but I'm competing with another guitarist for slide parts and the rest I play acoustic on. If I don't feel like bringing my acoustic given all the other stuff I carry, I just sing backup and play cowbell or tambourine - thats on the uptempo Stax soul stuff.

That’s great. I like the sort of stuff that you are doing.
