So, I am really into some 60s sounds and although my faithful Danelectro Daddy-O gives me a nice overdrive and the MXR + is a great booster, my Rolling Stones tone wasn't as true as I wanted it to be.

I came across this mini Fuzzface (the germanium diode model), and it sounded just PERFECT.

I found out that I can get either nice crunch and fuzzy drive for stuff like Satisfaction, or crank it up and get a sinister and full of mids growling, perfect for Black Sabbath stuff.

I hadn't tried these mini versions of the FuzzFace, and they sound just fine, plus are small enough to fit a compact pedalboard like my Boss BCB60...Dunlop rocks. Thanks Jim!

It's round. It's red. And it's got fuzz galore. Kinda like a Kamikaze fuzz pedal! What else could one want? Well done! Banzai!

And I'll bet if you get up on the neck and middle PU with your Strat and roll back on the tone a bit you'll get a real creamy drive that will make even Gilmore proud.
