do american special strats have an AVRI screw spacing

Wondering if the newer american specials can take a vintage reissue bridge

It appears as though the American Special uses a new bridge assembly, with vintage screw-spacing for the plate-to-body mounting but modern-spec (narrower) bridge saddles for 2-1/16" overall string spacing.
