    Roadhouse

    I have a '97 Roadhouse Strat. I have been told by some other players that its neck is thinner in depth than other Am Std.'s etc. Since I have played very few "newer" Fenders I can't make my own comparison. Did Fender use a different contour on the RH's or is my guitar somewhat inconsistent compared to others?

    Hello,

    Yeah, I would have to agree with you, I'm more comfortable with a C shape neck. I have a 2000 American series Hardtail which has a slightly thicker contour, it's a little closer to a C. The RH needs a refret, maybe I'll slap a different neck on it.
