The transformers look HUGE. Nice set of tubes in there, too! Might be worth the price just for the tubes.

It also looks like you have some decent mic preamp transformers in there. Those could be resold to offset the price you paid.
Overall that looks like a great platform to mod for guitar use. I agree with the others; I think you got your money's worth.
