Finished my SRV tribute Guitar (#2)

I made a funky SRV tribute awhile back, and decided to assemble somethoing less funky.
I put this together fairly economically. 125.00 for the body( MIM) , 100.00 for the USACG neck. Tuners I had, but I also upgraded the bridge to a 35.00 steel GFS block( a must!). The pickguard I had is loaded with some cheap funky old ceramics i also had , basically unpotted and very microphonic( you can sing through them!), but they sound cool.
Total cost was around 250.00( plus 7.99 for the decal. I might get a real SRV gaurd if I keep the guitar.
( this was a parts guitar i showed with a maple neck just recently.THis ones staying like it is as long as its mine). Plays surprisingly good. A lot of fun to play and sounds delightful!
I'm looking for some cheap MIM gold saddles ;-)

just wondering that i'm seeing this right: you put a warmoth decal on a usacg neck?

i find microphonic pickups to be fun. my buddy who builds pickups thinks i'm nuts cause i ask him to dip mine for half the time he normally does. to me it's the special fairy dust that sprinkles on my tone.

Now you need to reverse the bridge.
