BYOC overdrive2

Well has anyone built the overdrive2 from byoc yet? I've seen the demo on youtube but curious if anyone here has it yet and what your thoughts are compared to a keeley modded 808, I'm still not that happy with it and the low end. It's either to dark or to bright the mid hump. but the byoc od2 seemed pretty versatile.

I'm really interested in this one, too. I like my original BYOC "Screamer" a lot, and the idea of a clean boost that can be turned on and off independent of the overdrive is very cool. Plus, like you said, it seems very versatile with the switches for selecting popular mods, EQ curves, etc.

Why dont you go to the byoc forum and check out what people are saying?

I have several BYOC kits built, they are all fantastic and I recommend building your own gear when possible. I have not studied the new oD2, but if it is anything like what they did with the big muff (BYOC's large beaver) Im sure its a better way to go.
