Mahogany body, mahogany neck with ebony fretboard
Walnut body, walnut neck with ebony fretboard
And a White Oak body with white oak neck. Yes, I know it'll be heavy..
The fourth not pictured here is a standard ash/maple affair.

But alas...gotta get the wife smiling first.

What does the bathroom need? Perhaps you can bring your guitars in there with you and work on both at the same time.

As far as progress on said bathroom goes. I'm sanding the drywall, UGH!
I do need to get this done, four kids and only one john....
Plus, Mrs Fedora bought me a used 50th anniversary Am Std for my 50th birthday last year. She hunted one down on ebay, I don't want to know what she paid, I'm certain way too much. But she did it and it was an awesome gift. So I gotta give her this bathroom. And she does get a little excited (sexually) when I put the carpenter belt on. Funny what will turn some women on.

If the link below works,..I guess it showed up as an actual picture this time, you can see what got me going on the walnut model. This one shows some burst shading around the edges. I may do something like that but a little more subtle. Just to hide the endgrain a bit.

Hey gents,
Got the painting and flooring in. Mounted the toilet...twice! The first time I bolted it down and forgot to remove the wad of rags I had stuck into the drainpipe. Idiot!!

Also working on a fret press. Just can't get the hang of hammering frets. The press seems so much more civilized.
