    Sunn Enforcer Head

    I have a friend with a Sunn enforcer Head/cabinet

He is the original owner and is planning on re-tubing it and may need to bias, etc. also - he is looking for a schematic. I believe he said he had paid for one through fender, but is still waiting, a month or two later.

Any other resources on this (You guys who know much......)

    Re: Sunn Enforcer Head

Thanks rudutch - I found that earlier - the email is no invalid - the last post was 2001.....

I also found a link to service manuals, but it is also out of date. I found a scanned copy of the manual, but the schematic is unreadable. I even registered (as Frank Johnson!) to try to find more info! It is a good site, but I don't think as active as this one.

I think My friend Rob is trying to find out if it has bias adjustments, and what it should read, and how to measure those points. He also needs to replace a couple of pots, and possibly other parts.

In the meantime, he is using my Hughes and Kettner and loving it! I think it must feel weird going form a 4-12 100 watt tube amp from a 20 watt 1-12.......

I will keep trying and if anyone can help - its appreciated......

You can try Rich Briere. He was the guy who handled the Sunn stuff for Fender. He retired around the same time Sunn went down for the last time. He might have all that stuff. I'm pretty sure he's got a website.
