Well, there's the routng that would have to happen underneath the pickguard to get that Strat pickup in there too. It's got slotted screws on the PG, it looks like someones going for a early 50's thing. Need more pics...

Possibly, but I think that fifth hole might just be for suspending the body during the finish process (or maybe the refinish).

That little hole looks like a micro-tilt. I was referring to the route at the end of the neck pocket.
