Now I hate to stirr up any waves, but I just have to know...is there a problem with the Music Electronics Forum Site? Don't get me wrong...I love this forum, but I do enjoy M-E-F too. I am sure many of you already visit it from time to time to accent the valuable knowledge gained from this site as well.
Anyway...just curious.

Yeah, an alternative to the FFG would be great. As good as it is it's full of holes.
Perhaps not buying the ampwares.com domain would be an idea... You might want to disassociate yourself from that reputation.
Heh...the teamwork I was mentioning was having lots of consulting members to help fill in the holes that Tommy mentioned.
I would consider doing it as a sub section of whatever website I am associated with, not their domain.
Could be TheFenderFieldGuide, or TFFG for short.
