    Got the trifecta- Walnut Strat, SG, Paul.

    Picked this up of of C-list tonight.

    Mine;

    Dang I suck on Pauls. Nabbed a three peice Walnut ,79 ThePaul to go with my my walnut Strat and Walnut SG guitars . I lucked out a little and got two pieces bookmatched. Cleanest one I seen. Small nick in back corner headstock not visible from front. Plays not as good as my SG Pablo.Some slight playwear. 7.6 lbs. I Wanted this one so made not a great deal - a nice mahogany Warmoth Strat with Classic Stacks, a 70's Kustom Valve amp which I couldnt sell, and that would been good, but i gave him 200.00. I mighta couldve got it cheaper so Im mad at myself.

    This thing is a beast- needs to be manhandled.

    Well done!

    I was just chainsawing some walnut this weekend (had a limb come down on the garage). I love the way walnut smells when you cut it.

    And it sure makes a pretty guitar too.
    s'all goof.

    Does "Walnut stain" count? "Like on your auntie's footstool?"

    If so, you may have to get one of these, jerryg.

    I played one of those once at a GC. They were blowing it out, because it didn't appeal to typical GC clientelle. It might have been a nice guitar at one point, but it looked like it had been left in the monkey cage at the zoo for a few weeks.

    Which, come to think of it, isn't that far off the mark.

    Those Gibson The Pauls are INCREDIBLE guitars.

    I think they would really kill with HB sized P90's...
