Swinger/Musiclander body question

I'm making a custom Swinger and I was wondering if the body is scooped out on the back at the player's belly and on the top where the player's right arm rubs, like the Strat. Or is it a slab like the Musicmaster?

I can't really tell from the photos I've looked at.

Judging by that picture alone, I saw both contours are there.
