Yes please do...![]()
I was thinking about those. Remember they're ceramic not alnico.
But for 17bux it's a steal!

I ordered a set a week ago, and I still haven't gotten a shipping acknowledgment, much less the pickups. I'll have to email again ;~(
If you're looking to do dummy coil experiments, this is a cheap way to start.
Several guitars in different colors
Things to make them fuzzy
Things to make them louder
orange picks

lol, thanks kap'n. just found it.
I've got a set on a guard right now.
They are pretty cool, especially for $17.
GFS always points out that while they're selling those, they aren't GFS branded pickups.
The set I have seems to be pretty bright, but I think that may be due to the tone cap I've got on that setup right now.
I'm planning on doing some experimenting with the cap the next time I put that guard on a guitar.
"Go Team Venture!"
Got them today. Which ones are which? I know the yellow is the middle pickup, but what about the red and white?
Also, how do you read these with a multimeter?
Ok I think I got it.
White-Neck
Yellow-Middle
Red-Bridge
The one that reads highest is bridge, the one lowest is neck, the in between is, yes, you guessed it, the middle reading!! But dosen't it come with instructions? I know they're not GFS, but the 60's repros from GFS i got had an install chart and told toy the pickups and colors to, which was nice.
But anyways tell us how you like them!

s'all goof.
No, they didn't come with instructions. The website says they are bulk packaged. I'll be installing them on my mim standard strat next time I change strings.
Not sure if I like the cream covers though. They look a little too dark, so hopefully my MIM strat covers will fit it.
Stock covers fit the new pickups, so I'm happy. Got them wired up in about 30 minutes, and from first impressions, they are pretty nice. The sound is a little brighter than my stock pups, but I'll post back when the honeymoon is over.![]()
Got my GFS Hot staggered set Thursday. Got them in late last night so I had to wait till I got home today to run them through an amp. I am real impressed with these for the money. I was real close to pulling the trigger for a set of Lollars or Fralins. No need, these will work just fine. Once the drummer and bass player get going it doesn't much matter anyway. I'm real happy, not just for the pickups but for having a Strat again after about a year without one.
Is that yours in the avatar? it's beautiful.
I'm thinking about getting the '64 grey bottoms.
Yea that's it. It's a 2007 60's reverse headstock. It's been "reliced", and I love it. Don't have to worry about dinging it or sweating all over it. I'm selling the original pickguard(reliced) and pickups if anyone needs a reverse bridge pickguard w/ left handed pickups. I'll list it in the classifieds today sometime.
