Do you break in your speakers?

I was on the Celestion site today and found out you should break in your speakers. Do you guys do that, and do they do it at the factory when you buy an amp?

No, they don't do it at the factory. That's your job.

I just play the crap out of em 'til they loosen up. Or buy old speakers.;)

I've been known to run music through mine via a CD player on repeat through the amp. I'm impatient that way.

Usually, I pick a disk representative of what I want the speaker to sound like. Not that it makes anything more than a karmic difference.

I use the same method as Kap'n. I live in a condo with neighbors. If I had a house or rehearsal space I would just crank it up and play.
