dubya, some vroom-vroom mojo for you.
My job interviewer called to say that they have another candidate to see, so it will be one or two more days' wait.... we shall see
crossing fingers for ya Gloriyang!
...pullin' for you Gloriyang. MOJO on the way...
Thanks, people! I need that job desperately for an acute case of GAS...
thinking that jobs are a good thing and oh so necessary, but now at 7:30 PM I am a tad tired of mine and I am outa here... for the day :)
...the unluckiest SOB on the face of the earth. Four months of bad luck including broken bones has zapped my spirit and spent my patience. I just got my .22 match pistol back last week from a two hundred fifty dollar service and blew the extractor off the gun tonight losing half the parts in the process. I'm beginning to believe Moonpie's moniker "If you go out..." things have gotten so bad. Heeeeelp! I'm in a sea of karma dark enough to be called a black hole and I've past the Lagrange point.:bummer
suggesting you don't worry about it, mojo......you've gotta be close to hitting bottom.....remember, keep your knees bent, drop and roll with the impact.......
then just start clawing your way back towards the top again.....it's a lifelong process.
Good luck
If you leave the house, you're just asking for it.
...in agreement with moon on this one! When you have reached the end of your rope, hold on tight.
...both excited and embarrassed. As of 10 p.m. last night I had joined that group of drivers that I loathe in the name of love and happiness and compromise. Yes, I am driving a small SUV sport-ute thingy. It is nice though and a good buy. The VW New Beetle will be getting a new home later this week.

Congrats on the new vehicle dubya. I have a little Honda CRV, wouldn't give it up for the world. With the price of fuel being what it is now, these little SUV's give you good fuel economy and are easier on the pocket book. A good thing.
...going to pick up videos.
...picking up a little lunch.

glad to hear it.....

Congrats dubya, hang in there mojo, good luck gloriyang, hello everybody else.

.... sending out brighter notes for the season. We gotta get some sunshine back in our lives, eh, my friends?
Last year didn't we have some special little seasonal smilies?

...back from the doctor. My fibula is on the slow side of healing. Still have to take it easy. Electro-stimulation next, if it continues this way.

...a smoker and my lungs are not the only casualty, The Doc said smoking slows healing significantly. I would prefer not to undergo ES, not because of past experience, it just sounds irritating. I thought I would be offered alternatives, supplements and therapy as well, I even asked. No dice, Kaiser's cheap and getting more expensive all the time. Is that an oxymoron? :roflOriginally Posted by dubya

I have been very indecisive over that neck, and it had dragged on for a long time. One minute I was going to USACG, the next I was heading for Warmoth... then it was Ebay... so I am very glad to have got this one. It's just a bog standard Fender licensed one for now. Ebony on plain maple. When I'm better and have more money, I'll get one from the custom shops. Some day
...in the same boat! My G & L ASAT has an Ebony fretboard on maple neck, you will love it!!!! It definitely feels different and it will have faster attack than standard maple neck.
