Mrs. Junkie going to an auction tonight...

The real estate agent we used to sell our house invited us to a party tonight which includes an auction to raise money for The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. She mentioned that she had a guitar being auctioned - signed by Third Eye Blind" A "Fender", she thinks...

So, I would rather go to a meat packing plant and watch cattle get zapped than to some poofy soiree, so I'm staying home to watch Survivor. I tried to tell Mrs. G the difference between a strat and tele, American, Mexican and Korean, etc. She'll probably spend $600 on a Squier...

Pitty she couldn't find the checkbook this morning...

Let us know how much she brings.
If you leave the house, you're just asking for it.

It wasn't a customer appreciation party, like the invitation said - it was a fund-raiser for The HITWG Camp. Good cause and good food, so she wasn't too pissed. She bid on the Strat but quit at $325. A lawyer ended up getting it for $450.

She and her friend are going to another one at the end of the month...
