i recall reading somewhere where a poster wanted a july 4th guitar,,,heck it may have been at the lpf. he was advised he probably wouldn't get a july 4th dated guitar cause of the holiday. anyway i traded for one of the 54 anniversery strats. i put a 5 way switch into it saturday, and low and behold, a piece of tape in the control cavity sign by john cruz and dated july 4th. i know this isn't earth shattering, i just thought it was cool... :rl
