    V ri serial numbers

    I remeber seeing a list of rough approximations of years to ri serial numbers. Just got a beat up 57 Ri from GC for 549.00 they said it was a 80's .....like I'd take their word..lol. needs a set up and some fret work but nice on all the same. V017474 is lower than my 87 62 ri that is V032***. so I word if this is an early run? anyone know were to find this list got tired of searching ...that will take hours and I got a setup to do

    Only real way to tell is remove the neck there will be a date on it.
