    Ha Ha! 50..
the most I ever got was 20 :dead
but some other dumbass got on sunday 120 alltogether, and on monday 85 more.
needless to say that he didn't come home this weekend.

anyway, you have to understand that the Israeli army is quite different from the american army, mainly because it's a small country and everybody knows everybody. so basicly after bootcamp your comanders become your best friends. I got lucky, and the 3 commanders I got, turned out to be the best in the entire camp.
one cant stop laughing, of course we eat dirt after we make him laugh but its worth it.
another one Is one of those nerdy types, (he even has a lisp) so we run jokes on him all the time. he also laughed yesterday from a stupid comment from that dumbass that stayed for the weekend.
but the third commander, Is without a doubt, the best. he's one of those that don't give up on trainees, and will even crawl and run with them to motivate them.
so yeah, in that point of view, It's all good.
however, there are a couple of big time dumbasses.
HOW CAN YOU LOSE A PIECE OF YOUR M-16?!
    or better yet
HOW CAN YOU LOSE THAT SAME PIECE AGAIN?!
poor fella cried the second time :rofl
oh, and dont forget those that fell asleep while on watch.
and those that fell asleep inside the shooting range.
I on the other hand, had only a few minor faults, so I'm good :ahem .

thing is, I have problems with my eyes, allergies and stuff.
I'll try to figure out what to do on the weekend end I'll let you know.
It might have very serious consequences

Buck up...it'll go quick. I did 24 years and now that I look back, the first and last months were the longest two. As for your dumbasses...be grateful that there are a few around...it can really take the heat off of you having a few morons about.

    Re: home sweet home

My son's taking Ranger competition training for ROTC in college. He called me today to tell me he jogged 4 miles with a 50 pound pack this morning for the first time and thought it was fun.

I've been asked if I dropped him as a baby.....

Enjoy your leave and don't forget to hug yo mama!
    They're REAL anyway.....
