One of the other players who was approached to perform for the upcoming fundraiser but was "fired" before the fact like me because a "dance band" got the benefit job called me last night.
It seems as though the "dance band" backed out at the last minute....
and the benefit is tomorrow.

I got invited to play for a local politico and a bunch of really stupid stuff ensued after that.
