Depends which guitar and which amp I have, but probably a RAT.

I responded to this thread in 2004. It is 2018 and I still pick the TS-9.

As a pedal junkie, that's a hard one... ugh only one?
Assuming that on this deserted island [ with electricity lol] I'm using my little THX10 with some built in effects, then probably my TC Ditto looper. That's also assuming that there are no other musicians on this island lol.
Seriously though... my most used active pedal is the Boss Blues Driver. As for modulation... I use the TC Flashback II and Flux Effects Liquid Ambiance polyphonic reverb quite a bit.
I'm going to forget I have the Pod HD500x and go for a single pedal.
My Digitech digital delay. I love it and it does its job well. I'd need it so I could communicate with the starry starry nights.
If we'd known we were going to be the Beatles, we'd have tried harder.--George Harrison
My Fulltone Robin Trower Overdrive.
I'm so predictable.
Funny to see my replay from 2004. Things have changed! I've needed to cover a lot more ground in the bands that I've been in since this thread was started. I'd probably choose my '69 Pedal. Or maybe a wah. I guess it depends on what I have for an amp and if I'm in a band on the deserted island.
