Need help with 1995 50th anniversary
I bought a 1995 strat last year at a guitar show. It has the Fender 50th anniversary sticker on the back of the headstock. The body contours seem a little more pronounced than a typical MIA strat; feels more like the 57 re-issue I played recently.

The strat has a replacment pickguard, but all other parts appear to be original. The pups are real screamers; in fact, I haven't heard a set that sounded quite as good as the ones on this guitar. I am wondering, did the 50th anniversay strats have pup upgrades? Can I verify the pup model based on the pup serial numbers. I haven't been able to locate pup info on this series to this point.
I would appreciate any help on this model.
Thanks!

Oh yes, nice looking guitar. I like the look of a tortoise shell pickguard on a white body. Sorry, I don't have any info on the pickups.

If it has a 50th anniversary sticker on it its a 1996 model all Fenders made that year got a 50th anniv sticker on them cause it was the 50th year Fender had been in business 1946-1996.
Its an AM STD Strat.
