    Antiquity pu

Can you use the antiquity texas hot in the neck and middle position of my strat, or do you need to use the RWRP in the middle position while using the texas hot in the neck??

I have Antiquities in my Fat Strat. The middle isn't RWRP and the result is MAJOR 60-cycle hum. I like it though, it sounds cool to me. Try it out and see, if you don't like them you can always bring 'em back. If you do exchange them you should order Rio Grande Bass Bottom pickups.

Damn, I should be doing testimonials for Rio. Hmm...:bigal

    Hi,
if your were talking about using the 10.0k bridge pup out of that set in the neck or middle spot?.... it's doable, By adding a TBX as a master tone just to open it up out of the mud when needed... sometimes I just load the whole guitar up with a 1-meg volume pot & 500k tone when I can't get a TBX.

I've used a bridge Antiq in the neck position with great results. Mix n match and see what floats your tonal boat. Antiq's are one of my favorite strat pickups.
