I try to be nice with them, remind them that they owe me money for the item AND postage. More and more excuses come back and eventually, all I get is total silence. :!
Is filing a complaint with Ebay effective against these lowlife?

I hate assholes like that. But yes, never send anything before you receive payment. Since they are going to recieve the merchandise I don't know if filing a non paying bidder notice will do any good or not. Sorry Gloria, you're a good egg and those rotten assholes took advantage of you.

You still need to file a Non Paying Bidder alert to eBay against them. 3 of those and they will be permenatly suspended. As far as the funds go, you may be out of luck. Hopefully it wasn't a very expensive item and you can consider this a *learning experience*. Good luck!:)

or you can probably file a police report on him for fraud of some sort....and if anything was done thru the mail, the post office LOVES to get involved in this stuff
