Oooooooh! The Cray will be fine and dandy

"like a hard-candy Christmas..." I'll pitch in $50 for your plane fare, btw. Perhaps we can pass the hat for more.

Or we could pass the gas for more.

Like, "Contribute to the Tele-Bob airfare fund or we'll pass the gas."

That should fill up the ol' coffers in a hurry.

Ha Ha! You guys are the best! Seriously, don't even consider the cash AnnieD. I am very moved by the gesture but I've got it covered. Just grace me with your presence and song and I'll be a happy camper. Hey, my wife works for R.C. Bigelow Tea. Any tea drinkers in the house? Tea is light and easy to carry and doesn't look like a terrorist threat when going through security at the airport!

I'm leaviin, on a jet plane, 3 days and I'll be back again.....

Hey bob I love tea. Orangepekoe/blackcut and english breakfast tea.

But, don't worry about traveling with any. It's not that expensive to buy.

I got your article today and am getting ready to read it. I will have you autograph it for me when you are here.

Good luck with your departure and connection, T-B; The Weather Channel is saying that a huge snow and ice storm is going to hit New England tonight and tomorrow, and there's another storm hitting Chicago tomorrow right about when you're scheduled to catch the flight to Sac.

Then again, if their forecasters (Telecasters?) are anywhere near as accurate as the yokels around here you may have no worries.

You've got my cell # if you're delayed.

    See you tomorrow!

Have a good flight and easy connections. Don't let Randy keep you up all night.

See ya Saturday as soon as I can get there. May have to work in the morning, so if I'm not there for the set-up/load in forgive me, compadres.

    I may be there!

I got a call at 9:00 pm tonight that because of the rains, the City of Sacramento has closed Northgate Park for soccer this weekend. Which means the Under-16 Boys scheduled to play their Flight in the tournament cannot be played. The only open pitch in the area is at Bannon Creek School, but it is smaller than the one my daughter's Under-14 Girls team was scheduled to play on. So the Boys go to Leroy F. Greene, we go to Bannon Creek, and both Flights end after just two games. The remaining two Saturday games and the two games scheduled for Sunday will be played on Saturday December 13, and both the U-16 Boys and our U-14 Girls will have the tournament Championships a day later on Dec. 14.

So, it looks like the games will be over by 10:30 or 11:00 am tomorrow, giving me time to change, load up a bass & guitar or two and join the jam shortly after it begins.

    Hope to see you there!

    Cool, Cliff!

Tele-Bob arrived without any travel problems, so we'll be there early and for the duration.

This jam I consider to be my finest work. It was a full tilt raging success. Are there any thoughts on how we can top this one. I 'm thinking globally, but I may be in way over my head.

Topless women always seem to brighten things up. Motorcycles have a way of making people smile too which then leads to more topless women and so on and so on and so on.

I am following you, Bob. I like what you are saying. Is it really feasible to put topless women and motorcycles on that little stage?

I have no problem playing while sitting on a motorcycle. Or while being sat on by a topless woman.

Okay, Purp settles it. It is feasible and we should start organizing. The motorcycles won't be hard to get. Touchable topless women on the other hand, may be a little more difficult.

(NOTE: the women only need to be touchable because guitars and hands will be everywhere. And accidents happen.)

Just tell the girls that a photographer from Easyriders will be there, (not a stretch of the truth), and we're doing a Music&Motorcycles thing with girls on bikes. The odd hand may slip periodically during the production of the show and is not to be confused with groping even if it feels that way. It could happen.

No worries SacBlues. We can do this in Phoenix, but only iof Mrs SacBlues won't be offended. She's a real sweetheart and I wouldn't want to get on her bad side.

Hmm, Phoenix in the summertime. I think everyone there might be topless.

I'll organize it; I did the first several NorCal Jams with "the other place", and it's a piece of cake. But I'll tell 'ya, doing it in Phoenix in the winter would be easier for you folks to take than doing it when it's 115 outside.
