Does anyone else here think of Sun Maid raisins…

    …as a Sunday evening treat?

It was, when I was a kid. I still remember the tiny boxes.

I haven’t thought about those little boxes of raisins for many years. When I was a kid (think 65-70 years ago) that was a treat that my mother gave to my brother and I.

And if you hand them out to kids on Halloween, they'll think they got tricked.

I loved them when I was a kid. I haven't had them in years. Maybe I'll get some.

Back in the late 80's Hardee's offered toy figurines of these "raisinettes" as a promotion for their then-new cinnamon-raisin sweet rolls. IIRC there were three different sets with six figurines in each. My daughter had the entire collection.
