Sergio, this will make you feel better

See, it's not about the band, it's about the music.

Always be about the music. And yeah, not bad for live take in an RV! I love the couple of "moments" that make it so real and organic.

Phil’s “Family” is a great ensemble, Chuck. I like it indeed! Thanks for posting, I’m gonna be listening to them for a while now.

And really, "Phil and Friends" is still touring and honestly, they sound more true to the original band to me. Phil's bass was so much a part of it and at 82 he's still got it.

Speaking of "the bus" it's been rescued and is going to be on display.

Yes, though Phil’s band IMO lacks the energy of D&Co. we can’t deny that John’s singing in a Dead band was unique. At least to me.

You’re right, though. It’s better to enjoy what there is, than be sad for what is no more…

    Nice Guitar.

Like I said, it's the songs,

I came home this evening after a HARD day at the office and after taking a bath and cracking open a beer (ok, it’s Tuesday but I deserved this), I gave this whole subject some thought.

Yes, indeed: it’s all about the songs. But sincerely, it’ll be hard to keep it as cool as in Dead & CO’s Citi Field 2019 gig. Listen to Althea and then we’ll talk. EPIC Mayer vocals and soloing.
