So, I still haven’t seen a band perform this album live with a classic guitars/bass/drums/vocals/keys formation…

Fantastic stuff.
Both Cheap Trick and The Fab Faux (Will Lee, Jimmy Vivino) have done live presentations of the album. The album does rock. McCartney and band have performed a few Sgt Pepper tracks with only guitars, bass, keys, and drums.
If we'd known we were going to be the Beatles, we'd have tried harder.--George Harrison
I discovered the Analogues (on YT) a year or so ago. They also perform a couple other later Beatles albums. There is also a documentary about the process of learning the songs, the leader's obsession with the gear, etc. Very interesting stuff!
The documentary is titled "Sgt. Pepper - 50 years later (english subtitles)" On YT.
