Blind Faith: Had To Cry Today

Great song & a great band. I'm not sure what forum to put this in, seeing that the guitar in this video is such a mess. Honest to God, I'd like to build one

Did anyone else notice the Pontiac hood ornament sitting atop Stevie Winwood's keyboard?

It was the first thing I saw. I think it's supposed to harken back to the original Blind Faith album cover.

A Tele custom with a Strat neck on it|?
Clapton was well known for swapping parts around on guitars - Blackie and Brownie were both swapped around with a third Strat he bought at the same
    time.

trying to remember, was this the Hyde Park show that was his first time out after a low point of his drug addiction and drinking? I can't remember if it was Blind Faith or Delaney and Friends that got him back on stage and likely saved his life.

Geez, would you look at the wear on the fingerboard of that Tele? Man, people will pay big bucks these days to get a guitar with that look!

Heroin was a problem from the time Patti Boyd said no til the Rainbow concert a few years later. Clapton credits Pete Townshend for getting him away from it that time. But of course, he would still battle addictions for years and does AA or wotever to help keep him sober.

I put on From the Cradle the other day. Album has balls to spare.
