How to use bluetooth headphones with Mustang GT100 amp?

I want to hear the output from my Mustang GT100 amp wirelessly, using bluetooth headphones (AirPods for example) but I'm not sure how to go about it. I know the amp communicates with the Fender Tone app using bluetooth. Any ideas?

One solution could be to put a Bluetooth transmitter on the amp. Such as a TaoTronics. You'd have to also get a 1/4" plug adapter if the amp doesn't come with a 3.5mm output jack. I use one in my car that doesn't have Bluetooth, and it works great!

Keep in mind that what you'll hear will be delayed slightly, as the output signal will be degraded (attenuated?) from going direct to the speaker and through the Bluetooth technology and through the air.

I've just pre-ordered a Fender Mustang Micro headphone amp £89 that plugs directly into your guitar and connects to wired headphones. see here for youtube review and here for user review
