I awoke early this morning, and have been fiddling around a bit and reading (a library hold just came through). It's funny how one can go from sleeping a solid eight hours one night to getting up after five the next. The human body is a mysterious marvel!
I suffered a rare Apple Crap yesterday; I got a notification on my work Mac that a security update was available, so I applied it. And everything went downhill from there. I've been running a backup all night because I may have to reinstall the OS, and what a pain that could be. This is my work Mac, and I have a course to teach this week, so I really want it to be running. It looks like I have my Sunday cut out for me.
Today is the last day of the ersatz baseball season for the team I root for. The whole thing has been a disappointment, and although I enjoy watching the game, it's seemed more like exhibition season on TV this year. Man, will I be glad when 2020 is over!
Last Sunday it was a leisurely day traveling by train, camera in hand. Today looks to be a cloudy, indoor day on the computer and in front of the TV. I hope everyone else has a good Sunday lined up...
