Sergio, I'll show this to my James! He found about 30 Hot Wheels we'd gotten him when he was a boy--in my attic. That's where I found 30 Charlie Brown books--we both feel like we scored big today.

I had been collecting Hot Wheels ever since Child World opened up at the (then) new mall a mile from my house, in 1968. They celebrated by selling the cars for 68 cents. Last I looked, I still have my Boss Hoss 302 Mustang.
A few years ago, i bought a Roadrunner Superbird. I spent well over an hour scouring my pictures to find it. I know I took a picture of it, it should be on my imgur but noooo. Again, packed away for the move and not found yet.

If any of you guys has a pic of your old Hot Wheels, please post them. My son would get a real kick out of it.

For me, it was Dinky, Corgi, and 1 Matchbox car. I don't have any pictures, they're all now in the possession of my grand-nephew.
The Dinky and Corgi cars were generally 1/43 scale. Matchbox cars were about the same scale as Hot Wheels.
I wish I did! I had a lot of Hot Wheels stuff including the Tune-Up Tower with a working dyno!
Not mine-
When my son was young they reissued a bunch of items including the orange track and the Mongoose and Snake drag race set (they had their market figured out). My son and I had epic drag races where we'd get out every car we had and race them all to find the fastest (usually a short wheelbase all metal car- metal body and chassis- with no opening hood or doors).
I just took this pic in my basement-
My son said that that is super cool, Don.
Thanks.
