I was watching a video of a dude playing a CS Strat, and learned some useful licks from it. The guy had great tone, very glassy but not tinny.
i was playing my AmStd Strat through the Vox AC30, and I nailed that tone. Played clean on the bridge pickup.
I've never tired for that sound, but I've heard it out of other players in concert and on youtube.
It's a great sound to use for recording. It's got body but cuts through the mix.
