heh heh heh, I got a chuckle out of that.

what isn't funny is how bad my GAS is right now, Sweetwater has a 48 month financing deal and there is a (relatively) inexpensive version of that guitar and I want it so bad. Why? I can probably build my own for less. Doesn't stop that gremlin digging at my willpower though

    Excellent. Really entertaining.

Yup, I reckon 'ole Jimmy can't soak Gibson for any more dough, so he's gonna milk Fender for all it's worth with these Telecaster "Signature Models". Must be running outta royalty money and he's too old to get a job!

The way I see it, it’s probably the other way around... Zep members probably don’t have to worry about money much... The companies are the ones desperate to release something to inspire sales.

I'm still trying to figure out how you can get a Tele in and out of a Stingray.

I find it interesting that both of Page's most iconic guitars were gifts. He must be a pretty nice guy. Either that, or he didn't Bogart it - if you get my drift.

I think the Jimmy Page Teles are great. Who hasn't wanted a guitar like their hero plays?

Sure, Fender and Page are going to make money, but what's wrong with that? If I were right handed, I'd snag one.
