    1990s Budda Twinmaster

What do you guys think of the Budda Twinmaster from the 1990s? The one I'm contemplating is a 1x12" combo with a V30 in it. The seller says it's "midrangey". I'm not surprised to hear that.

No one here has played one? I think I'm going to pass on it. I need another amp like a hole in the head! The amps that I have are just so dang good!

Me either, but I've heard nothing but great things about them.

BTW--Chucko--so glad to see you more active on the list. I've missed you, brother!

Yes! It's good to see you here Chuck!

I've never seen one in person, either! Unfortunately, the seller and his wife both work odd hours (plus I'm a little busy) so he's a little hard to nail down to go audition the amp.

Thanks brothers! Life’s been hectic past couple months. I check in from time to time but haven’t posted much

I bought the Budda today! It sounds great but is so loud!!! I don't know if I can use it without an attenuator.

It's like a mini Marshall/Vox/Trainwreck. 18 watts, 2 inputs- hi gain and normal, three controls- treble, bass and volume (no master volume), 2 12ax7s, 2 EL84s and a 5U4 rectifier, effects loop, line out, Celestion V30 speaker. The hi gain input adds a gain stage and is LOUD!!! It's a rocker- very aggressive when it's cranked up, and it cleans up when you turn down the guitar. It sounds good set low with pedals, too. It's built like a tank!

    Intriguing.

I'll see if I can find one local to thrash about for a bit.

    Cheers.
