    Lethargic

I haven't posted here in a while, but I've been reading every day. I don't want to turn this into a Pity Party Post, so I'll just keep things short:

I haven't been playing guitar lately. In fact, I haven't done much the past two weeks. Oh, I work (I have two jobs, a full-time and a part-time), and I've been eating and sleeping well, but my interest in "personal" pursuits has gone down to zero. When I'm not working, eating or sleeping, I don't feel much like running, playing guitar, shooting photos, or any of the other things I find enrich my life. It's a funk.

So, I'm hoping to find the spark, and when I do, life will be great again. And when that happens, I'll be participating more frequently, and trying not to be a downer.

Just consider this a check-in: I'm alive, even if you haven't been hearing from me.

Hang in there. The spark will come back. I think everyone goes through periods like that. The heat and humidity haven't helped.....

I'm going through something similar, Old Strummer. We've just got to keep hoping. We'll get our spark back.

    Ethusiasm comes and goes.

Like the tide, it's either rising or falling.

Hang in there OS, we're listening.

Quick story to perk you up:

With the feel-like temperatures on the Gulf Coast in the 105-115 range every day now, I just want to crawl back into my mud cave and sleep until October.

Lost all of my hand tools today, damn things just jumped out of the bucket truck somewhere.

I'll net less than zero for today.

    Golly it's freaking hot.

Yeap. Good times, bad times. I guess it happens to us all.

Sounds like there's a song in there. Let me think...

You know I had my share
    When my woman left home
    With a brown eyed man
Well, I still don't seem to care
