I like things balanced and so, since I have both a collectors edition Stratocaster and a new artisan model Strat, as well as a collector's edition Telecaster, I figured it would be a good thing to add a new Tele. This one may be a collector's edition some day, as only five hundred are being made. I'm referring to the September release of the Magnificent Seven Telecaster in white ash with gold hardware.

Sorry for the size of the image -- which is of the actual guitar, and not just a generic advertising slug.

It's 6lbs. 7oz. in weight, finished with the Nitrocellulose lacquer finish, has a birdseye maple fretboard, and American Vintage '58 Tele pickups. The neck is the modern "C" with a 9.5"-14 compound radius.

So, is anyone taking bets? Which do you think will sound better, my 2016 Eric Clapton signature model Stratocaster in Olympic White, or my 2016 Magnificent Seven (with special headstock ingot) white ash Magnificent Seven Tele?

Either way, I win!
