    As I mentioned I have a photo on my phone but this forum does not allow uploads.

    I finally found my answer. It's a 1992 Korean cort. Whatever cort means. Can you kindly give me an approximate value?

    Indeed a Korean made Stratocaster, probably assembled by Cor-Tek, a Korean guitar company which later became Cort.

    Cor-Tek made guitars and supplied loaded pickguards for some strats made in Mexico and Brazil back in the late 80s/early 90s.

    quality control wasn't very tight on Asian, Mexican and Brazilian 90s strats, only you will be able to say if it is a particularly well made guitar or not. Anyway, all three are pretty inexpensive today, although they can be good players.
