    Engraved neck plates?

I remember an advert for a company that offered Strat neck plates engraved with a number etc. of your choice, does anyone know of a company that does this? I can't remember where I saw the advert. Thanks

I think you can get a specific number from Callaham. No art however.

There is a guy on the Unofficial Warmoth forum that makes them. You send him artwork and a check. You get what you want.

I recall an add for the neck plates that used to run in Vintage Guitar in the 1990's. You could get requested numbers and even L series numbers. My memory is that at the time the font of the numerals was somewhat different than the original pre CBS font. It was close but not close enough for the trained eye. Then, on the back side of the plate there was a mark indicating the name of the manufacturer. Find one of those older mags and then you have found the ad.
