The Fiesta Red one was a wash. The lacquer bubbled up & left the inside of one of the horns. A BIG bare spot!
So I'm thinking:
'50s style, USACG maple neck w/Custom '54 p'ups. Vintage style trem. Lake Placid Blue finish & a gold-anodized aluminum p/g. White (or off-white) plastic. A vintage guitar that never was!
Sounds very pretty to me! Seen a Daphne Blue one with gold guard and a Maple Neck, also very good looking!!
i think that would look cool! i personally like the LPB with a tort guard and aged plastics. i want a clone of my jazzmaster like that one of these days.
