Well that is just gorgeous. I hope it plays and sounds as great as it looks (which I'm sure it will!!!!!). I love any double bound Tele but yours is a stunner. Congrats.

Looks great, but I can't tell from the pics... Did they goof up the binding as well around the edges, or is it pristine?

I don't think a picture viewed on a monitor will be 100% accurate to what something looks like in real life. It looks fine to me in person.

I thought that too, then saw the Andy Summers Sig Tele and thought the same.

I feel the same when I look at my Deluxe CV. I may fix the CV with some amber nitro. I guess I'm just partial to the older Gibson style binding which yellows up quite a bit over time.

I played my new Tele the other night in a live performance / casual jam. It has a very cool tone. Perfect for blues or rock with an attitude. It was a lot of fun to play and sounded great. My first Tele experience has been positive.

Thanks. As far as the relicing. I wasn't even looking for that when I went shopping for a tele. I only cared about the playing and the tone. But this guitar came very highly recomended for those reasons and the relicing was an add on. In person it has a cool vibe.
