    Considering partscaster w/P90's

To those who have built strat clone w/P90's, what whammy tailpiece did you use. I am concerned with P90 polepiece width. Thanks in advance; Skizziks

    Re: Considering partscaster w/P90's

i've modded several MIM strats to have a dual p 90 configuration. the pole pieces do not line up perfectly, but it isn't detrimental to the ton. if fact, i really like the sound of a strat with 2 p90s.

i built this one from warmoth with a hardtail bridge.

forgot to put the "find the narrowest" tailpiece to my previous post. that'll help get the strings close to the pole pieces.

    good luck on your project.
