Hmmm. I guess? That's the first way I'd try to wire them up, and if they sounded weird or something, you've only got one more option.
Never seen the white ground wire before, but then I haven't done a lot of pickup swapping.
On a traditional Fender Strat (or Tele) pickup, the black wire is connected to ground.
There are no black wires on the pickups.
The set are from an '01 American series.
Fender website has schematics available for download.

on a two lead single coil it doesn't matter as long as you are consistent.
