Chrome/nickel goes better wif Fiesta Red an' Dakota Red IMO. Gold looks pretty classy on CAR though.

The gold isn't doing it for me, I'd go nickle.
I'm not a fan of gold in the first place and I like it even less on red.
However, I had a white Les Paul with gold hardware and an ebony board and it was very cool!

personally i dont dig gold hardware on anything . . . . Looks tacky IMO
Nothing like gold on a cherry sunburst, or black, or white guitar. But that there red guitar is beggin for some chrome. Nickel tarnishes too quickly, unless you're into that look.
