I have tow clones from same Chinese supplier via eBay.

For me, first was a telecaster for £35.50 and a year later, a nice Olympic white Strat - £46.00. The Tele has powerful PUPS and urgent grind and is quite heavy in weight and sustains for days - even unplugged! The Strat, not so heavy but has a fantastic neck and is proportionally perfect to my original and now vintage '73 Fender Strat.

The Tele is all Tele and I wouldn't want to change any electrics, but the Strat has a more woody and nasal sound than my '73 but the two interphase positions (2 & 4) very 60's era sounding and for this reason alone, makes this a welcome addition to my line up. I have two distinct era sounding options.

I have absolutely no problem playing these two through classic and boutique amps that have a collective value 30x the joint cost of both guitars and always enjoy the emanating tones!
