Help ID these random bass parts please

Looks like old p-bass pups, but could be brand-x. There's an odd looking brass bridge, and some kind of volume/tone thing on a metal plate. Also p-bass type tuners, but perhaps knock-offs. Who knows?

And them there's a neck (see below)

It doesn't look like a reakl Fender neck, does it?

Thanks for your help ID-ing this stuff. -h

    Absolutely Chuck

Have a body and bridge - the neck was damaged too bad too keep.

Actually not a bad bridge, and the bass pups were decent.

mine was a jazz bass type, if i remember right, the neck will bolt onto a fender body. but i'm not too sure about that.

    solid bass, decently built.

Epi, huh? Thanks guys. I knew the neck could not be Fender, but the pups looked convincingly like old-ish precision pups - except for the red & black wires on them. I think Fender always used while & black wires on the "real" ones. -h

The J style Bass I had was made at the Kalamazoo plant - and the pickups reside inmy SX J I play mostly as my no. 2 bass. They sound great.

If you don't want that pup - dont throw it out. I am guessing chuck or me or someone might have an interest.........

the bridge used to be chrome I am guesisng - but the brass is kind of cool too. The saddles are nice and heavy too......it seems to function well.
