    S1 switch, what pot?

    Is the S1 a double pot or just some kind of special single pot? I'd guess Fender uses a 250K ohm pot with it.

    I'm wanting to keep the S1 switch part of it, but think I'd like to experiment with the volume pot part of it. The strat came with a humbucker/single coil format and it's too dark with the bucker. Any suggestions?

    It's not really easy to separate the switch from the pot. It's an integrated unit. It would not be that hard to do the same function with a toggle switch
