Hello
I just want to know what would eventualy happend to my 9 volt pedal if I connect it to a 12 volt outlet.
Im wondering because my pedal board has five 9 volt outs and one 12 volt and I have my Rat connected here...
Advise?

Dont Matter if you feel alone, your fender is always there for you...
As long as the pedal's electrolytic caps aren't rated lower than 16V there shouldn't be a problem. If the filter caps are rated at 25V (or higher) and the I.C.'s can handle it (most can handle 18V to 20V) you can run your pedal as high as 18V if you want. If you aren't sure ask the manufacturer.
Because 9 volt batteries are abundant and easy to buy anywhere more than likely. I don't run a lot of effects, so I really don't need or want a pedal board or want to be bothered with ac adapters. If you run a lot of effects, it only makes sense to use ac adapters. I think there's a lot more 9 volt pedals than 12.
