Are you using it with a fuzz pedal?

I dont have a fuzz, I have a jekyll & hyde overdrive. The interference happens when i plug the overdrive and the boss dd3 delay, not even engaged , there is a windy sound. If I take out the delay theres less HISS or interference.

    PEDAL

BOSS MIT DD3 , BOSS CE2 Black Label MIJ , MXR PHASE 90 vintage BOX LOGO, jekyll & hyde overdrive.

Now its working but I cant plug the effects thru the pedalboards loop , i get interference , i have to only use the pedal boards 9v current

Assuming you're using a power supply, have you tried it with batteries? Are you cables ok?
